Aglaope is one of the beautiful but deadly sirens. Her name means “with lambert voice”. Captive in her bottle she dares you to release her with her gaze. Be careful, her voice is toxic.

Done with both matte and iridescent acrylic paint, I’ve tried to capture the iridescent of the sirens tails in contrast with her human form.
